Privacy policy

This site is run by me, Matthew Jamison, in St. Louis, Missouri. I collect the least I can to sell you music, deliver it, and answer your email. I do not sell your data and I do not run ads. Here is what I collect, when, and why.

When you buy something

Checkout happens on Stripe, not on this site. Stripe collects your payment details, email address and billing country under Stripe's privacy policy. I never see your card number.

What Stripe passes back to me is your email address, what you bought, the amount and tax you paid, your country, and the checkout session ID. I keep that record so I can deliver your files, fix delivery problems, and meet tax and accounting rules.

Your download link

Once you have paid, I email your download link from . The link works for 72 hours and five downloads. Each download attempt is logged with the time, the file format, the outcome, the country of the request, and the browser's user agent string. That log is what lets me reissue a link when something went wrong.

The mailing list

The list is separate from buying, and you only join it on purpose: tick the box at checkout or fill in the form on this site, then confirm from the email I send. Every message carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the sends and records the date you left.

Email goes out through Resend. Replies land in my inbox at .

Previews and your browser

Even if you never buy anything, the preview player stores two things on your device: your streaming quality choice and where you left off in a record. If you let it, it also saves preview MP3s in your browser's storage so playback keeps going offline. None of that leaves your device. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

Analytics

The only thing that counts visitors is Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.

Where data lives

The site and its store run on Cloudflare, in the United States. Purchase records, download logs and the mailing list sit in a database there.

Your choices

Email me and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. The one exception is purchase records, which I keep as long as tax law requires.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
